Teaching Philosophy Workshop

Today on Wednesday October 22, instructors came together in the meeting room to attend a Teaching Philosophy writing workshop, facilitated by our very own Professional Development Unit. Through guided reflection and peer discussion, participants explored the core elements of their own teaching identities.

The workshop began with a short mindfulness activity, and after exploring theories of teaching philosophy and teacher values, it ended with a short assignment for teachers to write their own teaching philosophy.
